Before you book
A few useful answers.
Do I have to feel motivated before starting?
You can begin by discussing where things feel difficult. Andrew works with your current capacity so the first steps can be realistic and manageable.
What might we work on between visits?
Your plan may include a small routine, a meaningful activity or a regulation skill chosen together, followed by a review of how it went.
How does this fit with my existing care?
Bring details of your current care and health history. Andrew can help plan complementary support and discuss coordinated professional care when useful.
How do program payments and insurance receipts work?
Program visits are billed as naturopathic services, with receipts issued for each delivered visit. Check your plan’s naturopathic coverage so you can plan ahead. No tax is added to naturopathic services. Program fees are non-refundable, and remaining visits do not expire. Review current purchase and receipt terms.
Can I have a virtual appointment?
Suitable virtual care is available within New Brunswick when it fits the service and your care context. The main booking button here is for an in-person initial consultation. Review the virtual options or discuss what fits with Andrew. Explore virtual care options.
This program is for appropriate, stable low-mood and motivation concerns. Your initial consultation includes a discussion of current care and whether additional assessment or coordinated support would be useful.
