- Clinical hypnotherapy — anxiety, stress, sleep difficulty, health anxiety, confidence and performance concerns, smoking and vaping cessation, weight goals, and habit change. Hypnotherapy translates well to video: you simply need a comfortable chair and a quiet room.
- Naturopathic consultations — natural mental health guidance, nervous-system regulation strategies, IBS and gut-brain support, and lifestyle planning.

What you need for a virtual session
- A quiet, private space where you will not be interrupted for the length of the appointment
- A computer, tablet, or phone with a camera and microphone
- A stable internet connection
- For hypnotherapy sessions: a comfortable chair or recliner, and headphones if available
How Microsoft Teams appointments work
The clinic provides your Microsoft Teams meeting details separately before the appointment. Follow the joining instructions for your device and allow a few minutes to check your camera, microphone and connection. If you have not received the meeting details, contact the clinic before your visit.
Noterro may display the clinic address alongside your booking. When you select a service labelled Virtual, your appointment takes place online.
