Look at the habits, cues and transitions that help prepare for rest.

02 / A BUSY MIND

Practise stepping out of rumination.

Use focused rehearsal and regulation skills to work with the mental pattern around bedtime and waking.

03 / DAILY RHYTHM

Review sleep timing, daytime routines and simple observations so the plan can adapt as you practise.

A planned course of care

Your goals.
A practical next step.

The Sleep Reset Program includes an initial consultation and 5 follow-up visits. Appointment spacing is tailored to your goals and progress.

01

Understand your sleep pattern.

Discuss sleep timing, winding down, waking, health context and the changes that would matter most.

02

Build and practise your plan.

Five follow-ups combine clinical hypnotherapy, practical sleep-rhythm work and regulation skills, with HRV feedback when helpful.

03

Review and strengthen the routine.

Use simple tracking and shared review to adjust the plan and build independence between later visits.

About the approach

Build on recognised sleep foundations.

NHLBI guidance highlights consistent sleep timing, a sleep-friendly environment and relaxing wind-down routines. These practical foundations can sit alongside individual care for the busy-mind pattern around sleep.

Before you book

A few useful answers.

What if my mind is busiest at bedtime?

Sessions can explore rumination, wind-down cues and the association between bed and worry, then rehearse different responses with Andrew.

Will I have something to practise at home?

Yes. Your plan may include a wind-down routine, a regulation exercise or simple sleep observations so you can review what is changing together.

How do we make sure the plan fits my sleep needs?

Andrew reviews your sleep and health history at the initial consultation. Medical assessment of concerns such as sleep apnea and options such as CBT-I can be discussed when appropriate.

How do program payments and insurance receipts work?

Program visits are billed as naturopathic services, with receipts issued for each delivered visit. Check your plan’s naturopathic coverage so you can plan ahead. No tax is added to naturopathic services. Program fees are non-refundable, and remaining visits do not expire. Review current purchase and receipt terms.

Can I have a virtual appointment?

Suitable virtual care is available within New Brunswick when it fits the service and your care context. The main booking button here is for an in-person initial consultation. Review the virtual options or discuss what fits with Andrew. Explore virtual care options.

Bring relevant sleep assessments and current care to your initial consultation so your support plan can fit your health needs.

Make room for a calmer bedtime routine.

Begin with a conversation about your goals and a practical plan for care.
