How do I book an appointment?
The easiest option is online booking. You can also call 506-830-2273 or use the contact page if you are unsure where to start.
What should I bring?
Bring relevant health history, medications or supplements, imaging or reports related to your concern, and insurance details if you want to check direct billing. Comfortable clothing can help for hands-on or movement appointments.
Do I need a doctor’s referral?
Many clients can book directly. Some insurance plans require a referral for reimbursement, so confirm your coverage if you plan to submit a claim.
How many visits will I need?
That depends on your goals, health history, service type, and response to care. Your practitioner can discuss a reasonable plan after your first visit.
Can you help me choose the right service?
Yes. If you are not sure whether massage therapy, osteopathy, acupuncture, naturopathy, hypnotherapy, counselling, shockwave therapy, yoga, or product guidance is the right starting point, contact us and we will help direct you.
Services and policies
Is reflexology currently available?
No. Reflexology is not currently offered or available through online booking.
Are Samantha, Vivianne, or Arianna still with the centre?
No. Their pages are being retired and redirected toward current related services where possible.
Are Naturology Skin products a service?
No. Naturology Skin is an organic product line for at-home use, with product guidance available where appropriate. It is not an in-clinic esthetics service.
Do you offer direct billing?
Direct billing may be available for eligible services and participating plans. Coverage varies by insurer, plan, practitioner, and service.
Do you guarantee results?
No practitioner can guarantee a specific outcome. The goal is professional, compassionate, evidence-informed care and clear guidance.
