Fertility & IVF Well-being Support in Moncton

Fertility investigations and treatment can bring uncertainty, repeated appointments, difficult decisions, disrupted sleep, and long periods of waiting. Even when medical care is clear, the emotional and day-to-day load can feel heavy.

Fertility & IVF Well-being Support with Andrew Maillet focuses on stress regulation, sleep, coping, sustainable health routines, and feeling more supported while you continue care with your fertility clinic or medical team. The program provides supportive naturopathy and hypnotherapy alongside fertility care, while medical fertility treatment remains with your fertility team.

The Fertility & IVF Well-being Support Program

Initial consultation + 6 follow-ups · Program fee: $949

The initial consultation reviews your current stage of care, medical team, medications and supplements, stress and sleep patterns, routines, and priorities. Six follow-ups provide continuity through the changing emotional and practical demands of a fertility-care journey.

Sessions draw from clinical hypnotherapy, nervous-system regulation, sleep support, health-habit coaching, and review of routines that fit your medical plan and real life.

Support alongside medical fertility care

This program works alongside—not instead of—care from a fertility clinic, family physician, nurse practitioner, reproductive endocrinologist, pharmacist, counsellor, or other regulated provider. Andrew does not diagnose or treat infertility through this program and does not direct changes to fertility medications.

Bring your current medication and supplement list. Potential interactions, duplications, questions, or safety concerns should be reviewed with the prescribing or fertility-care team before changes are made.

Areas we work on

  • Stress regulation before appointments, tests, injections, or procedures
  • Sleep routines and recovery during uncertain or demanding periods
  • Coping with waiting, setbacks, difficult decisions, and changing plans
  • Healthy eating, hydration, movement, and daily routines without perfectionism
  • Communication, confidence, boundaries, and emotional support
  • Calming imagery, breathing, HeartMath/HRV skills, and between-session practice

What this program focuses on

This is a well-being support program focused on stress regulation, sleep, coping, routines, and emotional steadiness during fertility care. Conception, egg quality, sperm quality, implantation, pregnancy, IVF success, and live-birth rates remain medical outcomes directed by the appropriate fertility-care team.

Significant depression, trauma symptoms, relationship crisis, self-harm risk, medication concerns, or urgent physical symptoms require timely support from the appropriate medical, mental-health, or emergency provider.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to be in IVF treatment?

No. Support can begin during investigation, decision-making, preparation, active treatment, or a pause between treatment stages.

Will you change my fertility medications or supplements?

No. Medication decisions remain with the prescribing or fertility-care team. Supplements are reviewed for context and coordination, and changes should be confirmed with the appropriate provider.

Can my partner be involved?

A partner can be included in parts of a visit when appropriate and agreed in advance. The care plan remains centred on the person receiving services.

Are virtual appointments available?

Yes. Secure video appointments are available across New Brunswick when virtual care fits the care plan.
