Before you book
A few useful answers.
What does HRV biofeedback involve?
You receive feedback while practising breathing and attention skills. Andrew helps you explore how your body responds and how to use those skills between visits.
Is this tailored to my stress pattern?
Yes. Your goals, health context, current demands and capacity shape the pace and focus of care.
How can I notice progress?
You and Andrew can review everyday recovery, confidence using regulation skills, stress patterns and how practice fits your life. HRV feedback supports the practice rather than replacing your own experience.
How do program payments and insurance receipts work?
Program visits are billed as naturopathic services, with receipts issued for each delivered visit. Check your plan’s naturopathic coverage so you can plan ahead. No tax is added to naturopathic services. Program fees are non-refundable, and remaining visits do not expire. Review current purchase and receipt terms.
Can I have a virtual appointment?
Suitable virtual care is available within New Brunswick when it fits the service and your care context. The main booking button here is for an in-person initial consultation. Review the virtual options or discuss what fits with Andrew. Explore virtual care options.
Your initial consultation helps coordinate this complementary care with any medical or mental-health support you already receive.
