Additional focused service
Teen Self-Regulation (13+)
Fee-for-service support for stress, test anxiety, sleep routines, confidence, performance, habits, and body-respectful weight-management, healthy-eating, and movement goals.
Clinical hypnotherapy
Clinical hypnotherapy uses focused attention, guided imagery, and therapeutic suggestion to help the mind and body rehearse healthier patterns. It is not stage hypnosis and it does not require giving up control. Most people experience it as a calm, focused state where they can practise new responses to stress, symptoms, urges, or fear.
Andrew may use hypnotherapy for anxiety, stress, IBS, smoking and vaping cessation, sleep, confidence, performance, and habit change when it fits your goals and history.
Natural mental health and nervous-system regulation
Many symptoms become harder to change when the nervous system is constantly bracing. Appointments may look at stress patterns, sleep rhythm, breathing habits, muscle tension, digestive sensitivity, attention, and the situations that keep your body on alert.
The goal is not to force relaxation. The goal is to build flexible regulation: the ability to notice what is happening, shift state when possible, and recover more effectively after stress.
HeartMath HRV Biofeedback
HeartMath HRV Biofeedback may be used when it is helpful to make self-regulation visible and measurable. HRV training can help you practise breathing, attention, and emotional regulation skills while seeing how your body responds in real time.
This can be especially useful for people who feel stuck in anxiety, stress, performance pressure, or body tension and want a concrete way to practise calming the stress response.
IBS and the gut-brain connection
Digestive symptoms often change with stress, attention, fear, sleep, and nervous-system load. Gut-brain hypnotherapy and education can help reduce threat signalling around digestion and support a calmer relationship with symptoms.
If IBS or digestive worry is your main concern, start with the dedicated IBS and gut-brain hypnotherapy page.
What to expect
Your first appointment includes a focused conversation about your goals, current symptoms, history, and what you have already tried. From there, Andrew will suggest a practical plan. Some people benefit from a short series of sessions; others use care periodically for support through a specific change.
