Who you’re buying from
Products sold through this shop are made by Naturology Skin, an independent Canadian skincare company founded by Andrew Maillet. Naturology Skin is a separate business from the Naturology Centre clinical practice. Purchasing a product does not create a practitioner–patient relationship, and product purchases are not health-care services.
Products are cosmetics
Naturology Skin products are cosmetics intended to cleanse, moisturize, and improve the appearance of skin. They are not drugs or medical treatments, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or skin condition. Statements on this site about products have a cosmetic purpose only.
Pricing and payment
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and may change without notice. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store your full card details.
Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where fraud is suspected or a product was listed at an incorrect price. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naturology Skin’s liability in connection with any product purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law in New Brunswick and Canada.
