Samantha Estey, RMT – Trauma-Informed Massage for Pain Relief & Confident Movement
Samantha Estey, RMT is a registered massage therapist from Moncton. Since graduating from Eastern College, her commitment to patient advocacy has led her to serve as the Moncton representative for the Association of New Brunswick Massage Therapists Inc. (ANBMT). She provides trauma-informed care for chronic and acute pain, repetitive/overuse injuries, prenatal massage, lymphatic drainage, and reflexology. Samantha pairs a client-centred, attentive approach with clear education and simple home care to help people reduce pain, restore function, and feel supported.
In treatment, Samantha integrates Swedish techniques, lymphatic drainage, and reflexology within a trauma-informed framework. Sessions are tailored to each individual, whether the goal is to ease persistent tension, support injury recovery, or maintain overall well-being.
