Meet Michelle Mills, a dedicated registered massage therapist (RMT) at Naturology Centre Moncton, who is passionate about your well-being. After graduating with honours from Atlantic College of Therapeutic Massage in 2016, Michelle combines expert massage therapy with a compassionate approach to care. She customizes each session to meet your specific needs, whether through soothing Swedish techniques, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, or cupping massage.

Having lived in the Greater Moncton area for three years and originally hailing from Saint John, Michelle has always been fascinated by anatomy and physiology. Her passion for helping others led her to a career in massage therapy. She likes to treat individuals with general muscle tension or musculoskeletal conditions due to desk jobs, as well as conditions affecting the neck and shoulders, such as whiplash, headaches/migraines, and frozen shoulder. Michelle also specializes in treating lower body conditions like sciatica and piriformis syndrome and is dedicated to caring for people with mental health illnesses.

Michelle ensures that her clients feel valued every step of the way, using active listening skills, empathy, and thorough communication. When she's not at work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, and walking in nature.
