Rachel Langill, RMT

Introducing Rachel Langill, a compassionate and skilled Registered Massage Therapist dedicated to helping her patients achieve their health and wellness goals. Graduating summa cum laude from the accredited Eastern College Massage Therapy Program, Rachel began her career in Nova Scotia, gaining extensive experience treating a diverse range of patients, including marathon runners, pre-and post-natal women, and individuals with neurological, motor, and panic disorders.

Rachel’s background as a competitive athlete has given her a deep understanding of massage therapy's vital role in injury prevention, rehabilitation, and overall health. Her treatment style is fluid, grounding, and calming, incorporating techniques such as Swedish massage, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and therapeutic stretching. She tailors every treatment to meet her patients’ specific needs and supports them in recovering from pain, injuries, and postural imbalances.

With a passion for continuous learning, Rachel is currently working toward her certification in reflexology and exploring additional modalities like K-taping to enhance her practice further. She believes in alleviating pain and educating her patients on injury prevention and overall wellness to improve their quality of life.
