Return window
Unopened products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Return shipping is paid by the customer, except for damaged or incorrect orders (see below).
Opened products
Because skincare is a personal-care product, opened items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Every formula’s complete ingredient list is published on its product page so you can check compatibility before ordering — and if you’re unsure where to start, the product guidance page can help you choose.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If a product arrives damaged, leaking, or isn’t what you ordered, email care@naturologycentre.com within 7 days with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item or refund you in full — no return shipping required.
How to start a return
Email care@naturologycentre.com with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return.
Reactions
If you experience irritation, discontinue use. As with any cosmetic, patch-testing on a small area first is a sensible habit, especially for sensitive skin.
