Jennifer Dow, RMT — Massage Therapy for Pain Relief, Mobility & Performance
Jennifer Dow, RMT, was born and raised in the Greater Toronto Area and first discovered a passion for massage therapy while studying at Sheridan College in 2001. After several years of travel and life experience, she pursued formal massage therapy training at Eastern College, completing 2,200 hours of study and graduating at the top of her class with Honours with Distinction in 2019.
Her practice focuses on rehabilitation, injury prevention, improved mobility, and personalized, client-centred care. With a strong interest in physical fitness and functional movement, she tailors each treatment to the individual, whether the goal is to reduce pain, improve range of motion, support injury recovery, or help clients move and perform better in everyday life.
In treatment, she incorporates a range of therapeutic techniques, including myofascial release, cupping therapy (TDR-WM), Gua Sha, and deep tissue massage. Her goal is simple: to help clients move better, feel better, and perform at their best, whether at work, in the gym, or in daily life.
Outside the clinic, Jennifer has a strong passion for physical fitness and can often be found training at the gym or spending time in nature.
