Our licensed therapists draw from a variety of effective, client-centred techniques, including:

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Helps identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns and behaviours, supporting clients in developing healthier coping strategies, emotional regulation, and problem-solving skills.

Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
Focuses on emotional balance, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and interpersonal effectiveness, helping clients manage intense emotions and build greater stability.

Motivational Interviewing (MI)
A collaborative, goal-oriented approach that strengthens motivation, supports behaviour change, and helps clients resolve inner conflicts in a respectful, empowering way.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)

Humanistic and Strength-Based Therapy

Counselling is available in our calming, private Moncton space or virtually across New Brunswick using secure, encrypted video platforms. You choose what works best for your lifestyle and comfort.

Rates & Insurance

  • Individual Therapy: $150 per session

Most health insurance plans cover Licensed Counselling Therapists. We offer direct billing where possible—please check with your provider for eligibility.
