About Jennifer
Jennifer Dow was born and raised in the Greater Toronto Area and first discovered her passion for massage therapy while studying at Sheridan College in 2001.
After several years of travel and life experience, she completed 2,200 hours of massage therapy training at Eastern College and graduated at the top of her class with Honours with Distinction in 2019.
Her practice focuses on rehabilitation, injury prevention, improved mobility, and personalized, client-centred care.
Treatment Focus
Jennifer tailors each treatment to the individual, whether the goal is reducing pain, improving range of motion, supporting injury recovery, or helping clients move and perform better in everyday life.
She incorporates therapeutic techniques including myofascial release, cupping therapy (TDR-WM), Gua Sha, and deep tissue massage.
